Appetizers
Wide Rack Chili - A spicy blend of SEASONED VENISON and traditional Chili, Caribou with a creamy blend of smoky cheddar cheese blended with dried caribou.

Entrees
Hand carved Rocky Mountain elk, hand carved American buffalo, prime cuts of meat seasoned and slow roasted served with Au Ju. Apple Roasted Razor Back pulled WILD BOAR roasted with sweet baked apples, slow  roasted turkey, and a sportsman classic, pulled, roasted TURKEY with gravy.       
Sides
Loaded Mashed Potatoes, traditional Mashed Potatoes covered with cheese, sour cream & bacon venison sausage stuffing made from scratch, seasoned with VENISON and baked to perfection. Fire Roasted Vegetables, a mixed blend of SMOKED vegetables, seasoned potato wedges, a thick cut potato seasoned and baked, whole kernel corn. Wild meadows salad. A bed of leafy greens covered with a Raspberry Vinaigrette.        

Dessert
Fruits of the Forest Pies and other assorted fruit pies and cobblers

Cranberry fruit punch and beer.
